For those that went to Shot, did you see anything about their new trigger? It's the one where they did a little video about it out running a shot timer.

How did that work out? An M16 can't outrun a shot timer.

The vid is very short, but the jist of it is that the shot timer couldn't distinguish between shots sometime......meaning the splits were ultra fast.

It is very susceptible to bump fire at the bench rest. I prefer the SSA-E on my other rifle.

Same issue I had with the AR Gold. Forget that nonsense! I'll never touch another one again!

Went to a precision carbine class and watched lady double probably 5 or 6 times before she was asked to not use that gun. How anyone could think that's an advantage to have a trigger that sensitive is just beyond me. I was shooting 1/2 - 1MOA all day with an SSA-E I'm just not going to do much better than that.

If anyone thinks they can practically outshout someone at the same skill level with an ultra-sensitive trigger they're fooling themselves. I don't care how good your fundamentals are, the AR Gold was what I would easily consider unsafe and have no interest in anything like it.

I'm not sure where the logical failure is... But the M-16 has a cyclic rate of 700-900rpm-ish... BS if you can't see or hear the splits. And ULTRA BS that a good shot time isn't picking them up.

Maybe they have a trigger/hyper burst system...

Well Mr. Geissele just stated on TOS that the ATF isn't going to approve this trigger so it's not going to happen. Sucks for us.
