Thanks. I guess that explains why I haven't seen or heard of a KAC bipod.

I held those guns...they balance behind the front edge of the mag well, so it's kind of the right place to put your hand on that gun. Considering that on most guns, your front hand is supporting about 4 pounds of rifle, same on this one with the magwell hold. The tan colored guns were a little under 4 pounds. The guy there explained that the stainless gun was heavier, and was not in production. And he showed me the special buffer system. Looked neat. Not conventional.

Unless you are 4'10" it sounds like you need to adjust your length of pull. I cant count how many times I go to the range and see people with the incorrect position of their butstock on a precision rifle.
