    That .040 may not seem like much to the naked eye, but the .030 extended sight made a great deal of difference. Basically the difference between the shelf height.

    He or I could care less how far the post extended. We were more concerned with a rifle that would hit what it was aimed at.

    I'm sure with an LMT rear sight, or some type of mil spec carry handle this would have been less of an issue as they have an elevation adjustment.

    Like I said, it matters sometimes.
