I bought a 20ga to use as a turkey gun. Build quality looks good, but I never went hunting due to career commitments so the shotgun has been in the safe for a while. I can't provide any field experience or report on long term reliability. One thing to be aware of is the presence of a reversible light/heavy gas piston. Weatherby claims this keeps production costs down so that they can hold an attractive price point. Only shot 2 rounds of trap to familiarize myself, but I haven't experienced any issues shooting normal loads. Unless you plan to shoot low recoil or extra light loads I think you will never need to flip the piston. One other thing to note- IIRC, when clearing the weapon, the trigger needs to be pulled after ejecting a round prior to chambering the next round to be ejected.
