From someone who has spent a lot of money on different sights over 20 plus years try to check out friends or others at the range and get a feel of what you might like. There are too many choices out there but in the end go with a known quality maker.

Well it all depends on what you're after for sights.

    Stock replacement?

    Night sights?

    Cool and unusual?

I changed out the sights on my G19 with TruGlo TFO sights. Put a pair on my Shield last year, liked em so much that I wanted the same ones on my other carry (and one of my HD) pistol.

I run Ameriglo CAP or TCAP fronts and Operator (yellow lamp) rears on all my Glocks. If the TCAP were available in an orange outline, I'd standardize on that...

I have found I like the Ameriglo Spartan Tactical series. They are pretty much identical to the Trijicon HD's, but less expensive. Also, I can attest to Ameriglo's customer service.

I went with Dawson Precision adjustable rear and a serrated front based on a recommendation from a very experienced firearms instructor. I've been very happy with them.

I kinda like the idea of having a similar sight picture across firearms from different manufacturers (Glocks, M&P Shield, HK, etc), and for this reason, among others, Heinies seem to work for me. Though I like HD's as well.

I would by Heine brand, but they don't put white paint around the front tritium. I don't want it on the rear sight, but do on the front.
