When buying the 6920 or LM&T defender. Is it wise to buy Match trigger?

I wouldn't start with one. If you decide you want a match type trigger later you can easily change it.
I have seen a few reports of some QC problems with some of the recent LMT products. You may want to stay with the 6920 right now. A new run of Colt's is just hitting the retail market right now, so they should be easy to find.
