Could be a PSA barrel.

Delivering the most precision possible, at the greatest distance possible, with the highest rate of fire possible.
It looks similar to a standard BCM barrel. But, I'm not sure I would say 100%.

I have 3 psa barrels. 2 say psa and one says Palmetto. I think all psa's are have their mark.
1/7 does not make the best .22, Long Rifle twist rate is 1/16.
Looks like a standard chrome lined BCM to me.

I got 2 from PSA that have FN mark but I asked for fn barrels on those uppes . One was sold and I still have the other and the one I have has FN/HP/MP
So you might have a FN even tho it's not marked FN
