KaBar TDI sheath questions???

I purchased a KaBar TDI Law Enforcement.
Looking for a better sheath for the Large KaBar TDI.
The Sheath that came with the knife is pretty much a deal killer for the knife, overly large, poor mounting to the belt with both the stock straps and the metal clip.
So who makes something a bit better for this knife?
It's a shame they sent it out from the factory like this.

Custom kydex for sure. Although I'm fine with the sheath my little tdi came with
