Just get the form and move on. You're not going to make the ATF more efficient. The examiner is a bureaucrat, they are a different breed...

You don't need to be the "hall monitor" of the ATF.

Don't put bureaucrats in charge of giving approval to the exercising of our Constitutional rights. The process doesn't need to be fine tuned. It needs to be eliminated. Of course I realize that you almost certainly agree with this, but there's realistically no way they will attempt resolve whatever caused the problem. Well, that wasn't fair. If they can get more money in the budget to attempt to fix it, then they'll probably go for it. How about a new job: Envelope Stuffer Checker?
