I had a CNC Warrior Type-84 birdcage. I loved how it looked on my WASR, but after three- or four-years of use, the hider failed and disassembled itself. The internal "pillars", so to speak, gave out. I sent an email out to the company to see if they wanted to hear about the issue and make subtle metallurgy changes, but I never heard back from them. It's not to shy you away from them, but I do want to note the unexpected failure. I bought a Tapco 74-style as a replacement after that.

Whenever I buy another one, I'll likely end up getting a JMAC RRD-4C Slim. I've shot them off a 7.62 and a 5.45mm. They're really nice.
