That is an exceptionally rare configuration. When is the last time you saw stippling and an undercut trigger guard with STOCK sights. XTP serial number is just an extra benefit.

Definitely looks like a "few too many" cold ones and a "seemed like a good idea" nights meets a sleazy salesman pitch. It's a joke, bad not the funny kind.
