    Value of Colt car15 alloy vinyl coated stock vg+ shape no tube?

    This is a early car15 Colt stock vg + cond. No tube just vintage alloy vinyl acatatecoated. 1970 vintage. Value?

    The value is pretty broad right now. It is all depending on how much someone really wants one and is willing to pay. I have seen the stock assembly sell from anywhere between $325 to just about $450. As far as just the buttstock itself, I would estimate it around $200 (+/-). Again, it all depends on how bad someone wants it. Essential Arms sells a reproduction that is really close to the original Colt. It does not have the vinyl acetate coating. Instead, it is powder-coated in a smooth glossy finish.
