    On a full range there's not much you can do about. You do your best not to affect other shooter, but it happens. If someone gets bent out of shape that too bad. An expression I like is, "you know what they say about tough shit? Chew harder". ShooterM4 there's another expression on this site that directly applies to you, "Read more, post less."

    I typically set up so I don't hit anyone with my ejected brass. I know I would be kind of irritated if I was continually hit with someone else's so I pay forward the same courtesy.

    Sure there is. When you KNOW your gun is a brass launcher, bring your own divider. Basically a stand with a D-1 target will suffice.

    If some bozo is shooting next to me and splattering me with brass, we are going to have a conversation about it.

    Anyone with a modicum of decency would know better than to be a bad neighbor at the range.
