Looking for a .300 Win Mag/7mm Rem Mag bolt gun

After fondling and shooting the new Ruger Precision Rifle, I have been really inspired to get something similar, but in .300 Win Mag or 7mm Rem Mag,
Basically I am looking for a factory gun with:
- built in picatinny rail ready to mount optics (preferably with some elevation built in, but not an absolute requirement)
- threaded barrel
- decent trigger
- preferably an adjustable stock
- free-floated barrel
- magazine fed (not an absolute requirement)
- a price of less than ~$1,600

Not being super up-to-date on bolt guns, the only one that I know meets most of these criteria is the Tikka T3 Tac.

It's stock seems kind of cheap, but whatever.
Is there anything else out there that I should be looking at?

Rem 700 5R barrel. Threaded barrel, Timney trigger, bedding job. Right at $1,600.
