    Noveske parts gun

Haven't had a decent picture of this rifle even after I first finished it. Now it's done, and runs, and it's worth sharing.
My buddy had a gun custom made for him by Noveske. I called them to pose a build idea. Basically just a 16" gun with a KAC handguard but they told me they don't do anything like that. Right around the time Noveske was getting bigger and more popular. Oh well, time to do it myself then.
    Pics then parts list:

    Build.
    - lower
Noveske forged lower with spare unknown LPK
    ALG Act trigger
    Magpul moe grip
    Magpul trigger guard
    LMT receiver extension, H buffer
    Noveske end plate
    LMT SOPMOD stock

    - upper
    Noveske forged upper
    Noveske branded Troy rear buis
    Noveske branded BCM charging handle
Noveske 16" cl 'light' mid-length gas barrel
    Noveske bolt carrier group
AAC SPR miter 51t muzzle brake (suppressor not pictured)
    KAC URX iii handguard
    KAC handstop
Surefire scout light with red filter
    Laser devices dbal
Surefire switch for both light and laser. (Had to change the connector for the dbal as it kept falling out)
Aimpoint t-1 micro on LRP mount with TD cover

BFG sling on QD swivels. Grey ghost gear wrist band to hold bundled up sling when not in use.

That looks outstanding! How does it perform with the h2 unsuppressed?

Sorry, I goofed. Not an H2 buffer. Just an H.
With everything the rifle has got going it shoots really well. No muzzle climb, soft recoil impulse and a very light rifle, even with my heavy can on the end.

The KAC handguard is great because it's very small circumstance allowing me to get a lot of my hand around it. Just enough parking for the accessories I want, integrated QD swivel mounts and integrated backup front sight. It's a great setup.

Despite my love for my LMT MRPs this is my go to rifle.

Looks great! I wonder if your buddy has a Noveske Project Ares rifle. It's a KAC hybrid.
