A stripped lower fits a in a small USPS flat rate box nicely.

According to Ident since it's a firearm being shipped for repair an individual can ship it direct and receive without FFL.

Must you declare it a firearm with USPS is my biggest question. Just tell them it's a firearms receiver?I try to avoid that if possible.

It is from the construction of underground FEMA camps. I can't say more because there a guy parked in front of house in an AMC Pacer. He is acting like he talking on the phone, but I know better.

I have to sign off now & put my laptop in the microwave.

Your lower is not an SBR if it doesn't have a short barrel attached to it. It doesn't matter if you have a NFA tax stamp.
..and a stock. Or so I'm told in this thread.
I'm not fat, I'm tactically padded.

Received my lower back from tar heel and they did a great job. I didn't realize how small the ATF minimum size is.

I don't think it was mentioned, but Tar Heel State will engrave it in the trigger guard area without removing the trigger guard. They turned mine around in one day and were also cheaper than the other options I looked at. I would definitely use them again.

To add, they also do this without ANY disassembly. I have only great things to say about them.

What size did they do? Because there's not a minimum. I'm going to guess they did 1.6mm

I guess you're right, the only minimum is for serial number. They did 1/16 of an inch, which is as you said 1.6mm for them. Not a complaint, just an observation. Work was 100% good to go.
