    Brownell's has an excellent precision shim set that allows perfect alignment, with square and true shims that are substantial, not flexible like a crush washer.

    Your brake appears to be pinned and welded, so you need to deal with that too.

    I used the precision armament shim kit for my brake from them. Comes with 18 shims that will do 20 degree increments.

    That's the one. When they say "Precision", they actually meant it with this kit.
