I'll take your word for it. I know you do your research. I just wanted to be sure I was understanding the video and that little 2.5g spoon you had. Sounds like maybe their legal team was in CYA mode.

Possible. What I do know is, studies finding benefits of L Trysine use multi gram doses, it's very well tolerated, and because a company sells X, does = they are well informed on X.

Going to give this a try! Amazon had all the ingredients at good prices to include a German Creatine, the L-Tyrosine and Hersheys 100% unsweetened (non-alkalie) cocao. I always have coconut oil on hand, but sure enough the cocao we had was Dutch processed.

I don't suppose you still have you Amazon links?

I want to see if it looks like a better deal than what I am finding. I'm getting ready to make a big Amazon order for a variety of stuff and would like to get all this too. Never thought about looking for the cocao too.

Sounds good... I assume you meant does -not- "...sells X, does = they are well informed..."

I'm kinda prone stimulants making me tense or jittery so that was my concern. I doubt it would be dangerous I just don't enjoy it.

I don't like stimulants at all and never used a pre workout type product, etc in my entire life. When ephedrine was all the rage back in the day, never touched the stuff. Last thing my type AAA personality needs is stimulation of that nature. If anything, the cocoa (per study I just posted), Tyrosine, and perhaps even creatine, smooths out the stimulatory effects of the caffeine in the coffee.

So I have a can of Food Lion Cocao. Ingredients: Cocao

No mention of Dutch, alkalie or other such.

Cocao, unsweetened, baking cocao. Is that the right thing? I found the other stuff on Amazon last night and the prices looked pretty much the same across the board.

These are the other two items I purchased. https://www.amazon.com/Integrated-Su...apure+creatine

I think this is the other one. https://www.amazon.com/NutraBio-100-...rds=l-tyrosine
Couldn't find any reference to it being made in Japan.

If it does not say, assume it has been Dutch processed.

As long as it has the Creapure logo, it's GTG.

Nutra Bio should be GTG. They used to state all their aminos were sourced from Japan, now don't. At the same time, my impression is they do a solid job of in house testing, QC, etc.

I did a little more Internet snooping and it seems like if it doesn't say "natural" on the label as well as be void of any reference to Dutch then it may indeed be Dutch process. From all I could find, there seems to be packaging that specifically uses the word "Natural" and by additional accounts, that's the non-Dutch offering.

Like "Baking 100% Cocoa Unsweetened" even if light in color could be Dutch but "Natural 100% Cocoa Unsweetened Baking" light in color is not Dutch. Seems like Hershey and Ghirardelli do that. I'm going to hit Whole Foods or Fresh Market this weekend. Hard to believe it's that complicated to locate. Evidently Bloomberg has not gotten around to attacking Big Cocoa yet.

There will be plenty of choices at Whole Paycheck for sure. Keeping cocoa in it's less processed state is not typical and the benefits only recently realized. Unfortunately, Big Cocoa is attacking others. Mars sued the companies selling cocoa products for health as they have the patents and paid for much of the research and such and are very aggressive about going after companies:

There's big drama going on in the background RE cocoa. Oh, and there's the child slavery thing...
