Thread: Buffer weight for a 12.5 inch?

    A non-BCM data point:

    My 12.5" Centurion runs great with an A5H3 + BCM rifle spring. I do think my gas port is slightly smaller than the BCM barrel though (mine measured out around .065", I believe).

    Ok thanks much for all the responses...I have the standard Spikes buffer in there that came with the lower. It seems pretty "snappy" when running suppressed, so thats the main reason I was wondering.

    Nice... I was planning on selling mine off but looks like I might just keep it.

    Dave: You'd be better served running an H2. The spikes buffer is a marketing gimmick IMHO and doesn't weigh enough at somewhere between an H1 and an H2.
