I like to use the 50y/200m zero for my 6920 using m193. I'll be picking up my 6951 soon and plan to put an Aimpoint Comp M4 on it. Can anyone reccomend a good near/far zero trajectory that will be complementary to using it as a defensive carbine?

In my opinion, do whatever floats your boat. It drops like a rock past 100 yards so it dosnt really matter. I did a 25yard zero. At 50 yards its about 1.2" high, drops about 1.5" at 100yards, 12" at 150yards and 30" at 200yards.
That is with critical duity 135g +P. Out of an 8.5" barrel.
know The Basics At A Superbowl Level. (I Think Larry Vickers Said That...)
Thank you for the replies. I was able to find a chart for the 25 yard zero with a 124 gr federal. It was for a pistol and had the path +.25" at 10 yds, -1.8" at 50yds and -12" at 100 yds. I would not plan to use this rifle very effectively past 100 yds anyway. I think the suggestion for a 25 yd zero seems solid and will make for no hold off (other than offset at under 20 yds) in common defensive scenarios.
I'll just have to see where my chosen load out of my gun prints at 50 and 100 yds.
25y zero here as well, but that's because it's an indoor range trainer and my local ranges top out at 20-25y.
