I ordered the Teflon RB today. will do some different testing when I get it (starting with quarters) and get back to youin's afterwards.
Fortunately I made a couple out of Aluminum, one of which I cut down to match the Spike's one. I don't know if it will make any difference and I have not had the time to go back out and try it. I did buy the KNS Trigger Pins and a spare "Bolt Catch" just in case. Please Let me know how it turns out.

RB came in today. I was crossing my fingers that it would be a few thousandth's under 1" so I could just cut it to length and put the shoulder and O.D. chamfer on it that I needed. not the case . the O.D. needs turned down first.

tested the 9MM-AR with quarters to get the correct length for my gun. $2.00 was good for me. should be about 14mm or .551". I will definitely need to get an XP spring though. May also get a "Heavy Buffer" form.....HeavyBuffer.com to play around with when the spacer is out. Just have to talk to the machinist and get in on some of his free time to have them machined.

I will get back with a price as soon as I talk to the machinist.

well what a lucky guy I am. The machinist that is going to do this for me ( good friend) has been kicked out of his shop by the city. The abandon building next to him is about to fall over and they wont let him in until the city tears it down. Safety reasons. he is in the middle of a "scuff" with the city due to lost work/time.

sorry to those that are still interested.

    Thanks Bill,

That length should allow an AR15 Rifle spring to be used.
