2016 BCM Stock/Handguard

It doesn't look like the Mod 1 to me. I have one sitting in front of me. The wrench flats are low profile compared to the picture above. Maybe it's the shadow/lighting but it looks very squared and blocky.

I read somewhere that bcm was going to make cheek risers (proper term?) for their stocks, hence it's called mod 0 as it stands now. That looks like a Magpul with keymod, neat.

So will the risers be able to be retrofitted to a Mod 0? I love mine, I just need a bit more meat off the side, much like a b5 Bravo.

The Mod 0 is modular, so one would assume that parts will be available for the base stock.

Mod 0 stock works for me. I never understood the allure of "large cheek rest".

I wish BCM would just adopt MLOK (well aware of Eric Kinsel, so don't bother), but maybe this polymer handguard will allow me to standardize mounts.

That's good to hear. It will be nice to have a completely modular stock. More great innovation from BCM.

I agree BCM doesn't really offer any rails on their uppers with MLOK. A MMR or MMRA would be sweet.

My biggest issue with keymod is just that it looks terrible.

I'm interested in their triggers and LPK's but I'd be hard pressed to get one over a SSAE/Colt LPK from G&R.
