The FOSSA series fh by White Sound Defense is tuned in a similar way, with holes of varying depths in each of the 3 tines. Works pretty well.

I used to fly a plane that had a limitation of operating it during start of no more than 4 seconds between 18-28% engine speed...apparently had horrible dynamics in the engine gearbox and could do a lot of damage if it stayed there. You could certainly feel it during the start.

Take fan blades as an example. They do not all weigh exactly the same, but it's corresponding blade, 180*, must match weight perfectly.

Swapped my 51t for a griffin stealth (taper), basically the same 3-prong,
    No more ring.

The tines are different lengths on the three prong Trifecta, which stops the ringing. My Dead Air Keymount FHs have material removed from the outside surfaces of the tines (differing amounts on each one) that cut out the ringing. There are many ways to stop "forked" FHs from ringing.

I'm not even sure the tines on the Dead Air flash hiders have differing amounts of material removed. They look very close. But the removed material is at a different position for each tine.
