This week I am reviewing the NLX-5 Hi-Helix flash hider from Next Level Armament

This hider is advertised as being constructed of a single piece of stainless steel and machined on a live tooling lathe in one operation. Then oxide coated and laser engraved with their company logo.

Initial impressions

- Nice look
- Wondered if it would “ring” like many other hiders of this type

Practical application

- No “ringing” sound when used
- excellent job hiding muzzle flash.

Likes

- Fair price
- Nice design
- Works very well

Dislikes

- None to speak of
