100 actual pullups? And not that kipping nonsense that doesn't count.

Just do like crossfit bros do and squeeze till they bleed, then post more photos on the Internet.

I use a small pumice stone and razor from a pedicure kit to keep calluses on my feet and hands under control. Additionally, try doing 30-second pullups (10 sec up/10 sec flex arm hang/10 sec down) and do them until failure.

And your shoulders will thank you for not kipping.

It looks like you are gripping too deep and trapping meat under the bar.

I'll second above. Keep calluses to a minimum and they are less likely to tear off.

I get more tears from doing kipping pull ups than strict.

I'd be keeping triple antibiotic (generic Neosporin) on the wounds to keep them flexible and from scabbing over hard.

Maybe bandaids as needed to keep them from tearing open again for a couple of days.

That will best position you for your race.

Something is wrong form wise if you are getting blisters from doing regular pullup though.

If I end up doing 70+ pull ups throughout a Crossfit work out, same thing happens. I snip off the flaps so they don't catch. Then neosporin and wrap for a couple days.

    Don't use hydrogen peroxide. Ever.

Neosporin causes more skin reactions than it treats.
