If I remember correctly, LDS stores stopped selling to non LDS due to scalpers buying and reselling bulk rice and other foods much like rimfire scalpers. Good to know they reversed policy assuming my memory is correct on that.

Are there any quality concerns or anything like that? I have no reason to doubt them besides the fact that when it comes to nutrition you usually get what you pay for and that in my experience, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

I purchased from three different vendors. I buy MH because it has a very good reputation, watch out for Wise there has been some concern about its claims. I usually get SALE updates from different vendors. I only buy #10 cans because the shelf life is much longer than plastic packets.

Also, you do not have to buy the fancy MH preprepared food. I bought MH in quantity so I can make meals fast, but you can also buy from the Mormons. Also, Costco sells quantities of long shelf life beans and stuff.

I have a lot of Mormon neighbors. Part of the Mormon "thing" is they are supposed to have stock piled a years worth of food at least. So that is why there are so many LDS food stores around. You can just do a Google search and find them all over.

I would assume that they eat the food they buy as well. The only negative thing I've heard is that there isn't a lot of variety. I have not bought from them yet, but I intend to.
