KAS RAS won't clear Delta Ring on 6933

The one I was having problems with was causing the same scratches on the delta and the nut due to the delta clamp on the HG falling down to far and hitting the barrel nut. After I figured it out and the clamp was not stopping the HG from dropping in it was easy. I have removed and replaced the RAS 5-6 times before and had not had the problem till recently.

The barrel nut, barrel extension shoulder, and delta ring all have a pretty wide tolerance range, and you are likely the victim of tolerance stacking.
