1st Build - Need some advice

I am building my first AR soon and need some advise. I am going to try out 3 gun competitions (and I wanted to build and AR so now I have an excuse). I have the following parts already.

Aero Precision stripped upper and lower
Daniel Defense buttstock and grip
White Oak Armament 18" SPR Barrel with 1:8 twist and rifle length gas port
White Oak Armament LPK
BCG from WOA matched and head space checked with barrel
Raptor Charging handle
Geissele Super Dynamic 3 Gun Trigger

Questions/Opinions:
1) Should I go with a BCM or Vltor A5 buffer kit or standard tube with H Buffer?

2) Recommendation on 15" handguard? Looking at the BCM KMR, DD Slim Rail, or Geissele 15" MK8 (comes with gas block)

3) Are all rifle length gas tubes created equal?

4) Do muzzle devices affect accuracy?

To all concerned.

The custom build area is a place to show off/discuss and ask questions and get feedback about your completed custom build (this means a completed AR that is functional and already completed). If you are going to post pictures of your build, please post a complete picture not just your parts, partial lowers, etc....

Also, buying an upper separate and then a lower and throwing them together does not constitute a custom build. It would be nice if you took time to explain how you came to your decision and explain your set up. Thanks.
