If they were $20 or less I'd be interested assuming they weren't junk that split at the seams or quickly broke the feed lips. I just can't see spending anything like $40 on an unproven magazine when factory new MP5 magazines are only $60. Hell POF magazines are only $45 and they have been solid range magazines for 15 years.

Even cheaper than that, POF mags are $30 at RTG:

It looks like the ETS ones are priced fairly competitively at $27:

All metal and proven POF mags at $30 vs ETS w/ plastic feed lips at $27? Yeah I'm going POF every time, 922R parts be damned. I believe MagPul when they say they keep testing clear polymer and it just doesn't hold up in the long term for mags.

Even without the clear polymer issue, POF (proven) over anything unproven every time, especially at $3 difference.

    Question regarding my Z5P.

Looking at other trigger housings. Specifically this one: https://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/view...idcategory=142

From the pictures, it looks like the grip circumference and the distance between the backstrap and trigger is reduced. Which should mean my thumb will be closer to the safety and thus have more leverage. Is this the case?

If so, will my existing trigger group and safety drop right in?

The MP5k trigger housing is not going to fit on your receiver without clipping the front pin holes or grinding them open. Also I don't think there is a dramatic difference between the profile from one to the other, just track down an extended safety lever.

    That link specifically states:
This sytle of housing is for push pin firearms that do not require a clipped and pinned housing to be used. Perfect for those that have Zenith Z-5K, Z-5P style of MP5K pistols.
(Typo of 'style' is straight copy-paste from their website and not my own.)

I saw that at the link, but if the SP5k is more or less an copy of the SP-89 a MP5k housing will not fit. Not sure exactly how the SP5k is setup, I don't have one yet.

    Yeah but I'm talking about a Z5P.
