    They sent me a RMA number and paid for shipping and insurance i just had to drop the rifle off in a box at ups on Wed but Im still waiting message saying they have received it Im in southeast TN and there in south carolina so it should not take to long for them to receive it.

    Magazine catch problems on new DD rifle.

    So I'm frustrated it has been 7 days since Daniel defense has received my rifle and no one has looked at it. I'm getting lots of I'm sorry explanations and even got told it's being delayed being looked at because somebody got into an auto accident. The timeframe I was given was 48-72 hours to fix the rifle.

    Very frustrated and put out with DD but I'm sure they will make it right I just don't know when.

    Easy for us to tell you to be patient so I won't. Instead I'll agree that it's hard to wait for someone else to do something for you especially when your expectations had been set and now reset with an unknown timeline attached. That sucks. On a positive note, there is an open line of communication and you can rest assured that DD is an excellent company and that you will be well taken care of.

    DD is a great company with super customer service. I bought a USED UPPER with a loose gas block. They installed an entirely new barrel assembly with gas block and refused to send me a bill. You will be taken care of.

    They are replacing the lower receiver completely. Also was told I should have it by this weekend.

    The rifle has been returned and it is perfect they put on a new lower receiver and swapped everything over from the old rifle.
    It was overnighted to me and one of there new 32rd magazines was inside.
    Im very happy with the service I received and how everything was handled.
