i can hand cycle it pretty easily but can replicate the malfunction if i try to rack a bunch of rounds thru consecutively.

i like what you are saying tho, i did have to remove bout a half inch of the internal weight in order to allow for the bolt extension needed for the folding stock adapter.

i have purchased a "slash q buffer" which is apparently the heaviest on the market to slow the cyclic rate down and is longer so i will not need my spacer anymore.

this apparently is a common fix for these, i hope it will help.

Yea. I'm working on the mags too. They are getting cerakoted and a film of dry graphite on the inside.

I also modified the feed lips, very small amount removed but I feel it will allow the rounds to come up to the ramp easier.

I believe that the suggestion regarding the buffer is going to be most productive.

I never considered an even heavier buffer than standard 9mm, but I should have weighed the material I removed from the bolt and accounted for it.

Can't notice much I know but I don't want to loosen them up too much.

Also have a 8.3 ounce buffer now to try as well.

I'm running a magwell adapter one so its apples to lemons for a comparison.... RockRiver or Colt 9mm buffer, Brownnells magazines, SpringCo Red buffer spring (the change made), JPbolt and Balistic barrel have some glitches during first few 100 rnds. Some of problems was along that line, after changing to the SpringCo red spring, not having any now as of yet (limited use) shot yesterday 60 + rnds. no malfunctions. FYI: running suppressed only too.
Do pass on how the heavy buffer turns out I'd like to hear I could use a H3 with the orange SpringCo spring from the way mine is operating now.

    Tried a heavier buffer.

It did not fix the issue. Gun was running much smoother tho.

Going to try messing with the magazines some more.

FYI. I would highly recommend avoiding heavybuffers.com if you are using a KAK pistol tube.

His buffers are too long and it will cost you 25% to return them.

Stuck with a buffer I can't use without cutting.

KAK industry buffers are about half the price and actually fit.

And Kurt at KAK is great to deal with. Awesome customer service.

Ok. Might have over done it on the magazines.

But they are a huge issue.

With some grinding I got them down to only 1 failure out of every 25 rounds.

So I decide to go nuts and see if it helpstill.

    Test run tomorrow morning.

At this point I'm thinking I definetly should have done a glock mags lower. These magazines are shit.

    I am using PSA/metalform magazines

The red line is approx the old feed lip shape
