How much torque for suppressor mount?

What torque do you guys use for a run of the mill AR or SPR in 5.56mm?
Why do the loudest do the least?

I keep it around 20 - 25ft lbs max with a drop of rocksett.

I think I torqued mine to 30, with a drop also.

Someone (don't recall who at the moment) did a test and found excessive torque values to be detrimental to accuracy. I think AAC recommends a max of 35 pound feet on the old 51T mount. I used that (with Rocksett) and didn't see a drop in accuracy. Mine's a RR full auto, so I wanted the extra insurance on heat, which is why I went to 35.

25-30 lbs and plenty of Rocksett (5-6 drops)... because unlike loctite, it's a breeze to remove if you need to !
