New glass. I'd like to say I'm done.

Very nice carbine. I love those Geissele rails as well. Light weight, but strong enough to beat an ox to death if need be.

Truth be told, I have not been bothered by angry oxen since my senior prom 40 years ago.....

Tell us more about the glass. I'm saving up for a LPV, probably a NightForce as well. Is that the 1-4x? What reticle did you pick?

And Coasties are always welcome here!

It's the NF 1-4 FC2 with Zero Stop and power throw lever. Super clean glass. Eye relief is pretty forgiving-even at 4x. It's pretty heavy compared to the Triji 1-4 though, but it feels balanced once I'm behind it.

Cool. I have a Trijicon TR-24G on my very first 6920. It's a lot of fun at 200 meters and in.

Bushnell makes an Elite Tactical model that I like a lot, it's a 1-6.5x with very low weight, and very clear glass.

But I really want something with a rep for being very rugged for a hog gun that will get beaten a lot. The 1x for close up, but 4x for shooting across a field.

We have a lot of delicious wild piggies in Texas. You should bring the Station over for an flying pig hunt. And bring some of the HITRON guys for grins.
