Pre Ban Knights Steel 20 Round Magazine Question

I have been going through my collection of magazines and I have three new Knights SR-25 steel magazines that were shipped to me from Knights on July 7, 1994. I never opened the packaging because I prefered shooting with the waffle magazines. Does anyone have experience with these magazines? Are there any issues with the early steel magazines. Since I am in CA I must sell them, disassemble them or permanently convert them to 10 round capacity by next July.
