I'm not an ACR owner, but I've skimmed through this thread. My hat is off to Hkbeltfed for being creative...I've not seen this degree of initiative on the forum- ever.

Sensei, You should check the ACR Forum. The only way we get anything done is initiative thanks to Bushmaster/Remington.

This, word-for-word! It's a shame that a Noveske or BCM didn't pick up those fights and do the MASADA justice. Instead Blemington conspired with Bush league to turn it to shit. This rifle should have been the American SCAR. Hats-off for your efforts and I hope it inspires a deep pockets backer to help you breathe new life into the design. The envy is strong!

The Bushmaster version of the ACR is disappointing, but neither Noveske or BCM were viable partners as neither company had/has the engineering resources, manufacturing capabilities, or financial resources to truly vet a new platform such as this.
