Im currently building an AR pistol with a Troy MRF MX 10 Freefloat and an Aero 10.5 inch barrel. will there actually be 0,5 barrel left at the front end?

If the rail is exactly 10" then you'll have a 1/2" of barrel threads. That's a behemoth weight rail. Hope you going for heavy. FYI

Probably not. Most 10.5 barrels need to use about a 9.5" rail to have room for your flash hider. Troys website doesnt give a length on that rail though so who knows.
There will be just under 1/2" of threads forward of the rail.
That may or may not work, depending on which muzzle device is used.

Are you dead set on that rail? There are better options out there that will reach just behind the MD.
Cool. You've got quite a few options... Centurion 9.5 CMR is my personal pick. Geissele in either the Mk4 or 8 variant, Even the 9" KMR's side flares reach just behind the MD as I've been told.
