    Templar Help!

    Templar,

Got a question for you. What would cause a full-auto AK47 to fire full-auto in semi mode? My guess would be the sear or sear spring being worn. Not sure what make it is as it still up at the site. Any thoughts?

I'd have to guess that the auto/safety sear or the disconnector are probably either worn out or mis-matched, or damaged.

    Templar,

That is what I was thinking as well. Although I have no idea what kind of condition this particular weapon is in, country of origin, etc....

I drove up to Baquba today and picked up the AK's in question. I cannot find any issue with them at all. I think the selector may be a little loose and the Ugs may have accidentally bumped it up or something. I wasn't able to test fire them there. I am going to tear them down and do a once over and test fire and then see what happens.

    Templar,

What specifically would you like pictures of? The FCS? I can't really see anything going on with either one.
