    Question is an HK 94 considered SBR/Pistol/Rifle?

    is the HK 94 considered a SBR, Pistol, or a Rifle? concerning the standard size entry 9mm type and in Oregon. txs

    A SBR or a registered machinegun if it's select fire.

    You have to keep in mind that the HK-94 came with a 16" barrel, making the NFA implications a non-factor. Once the barrel is chopped to MP-5 dimensions, however, it becomes an SBR like any other stocked-rifle that does not meet barrel and overall length requirements. Alternatively, one could likely go the pistol route, provided a stock is not fitted (at all).
