You get what you pay for! Buffer destruction.

Reposting this from a guy on a local group. This is what happens when you mix a suppressed 18" Noveske with a cheap buffer from who knows where. Have any of y'all seen something like this before?

I just saw the same thing for the first time last week. Unknown buffer make in my friend's suppressed mid-length. That was a first for me.

He's got a bit to much bolt velocity.

Keep us posted on how the replacement works.

It's not a real buffer as there is no roll pin in it. I just saw another like this recently.

He did mention that when he pulled it out and checked. It's really difficult to believe that this was what someone purposely put in a Noveske, but they did.

Lol. This is one of the reasons I am swapping everything over to Vltors A5 system. So did your buddy pick this up used from someone else? I highly doubt it came from Noveske like that.

Not my buddy, and I have no clue. It would be foolish to think that poorly made buffer came with a Noveske rifle.

Buffers matter. And Vltor A5 make a lot of sense. We had a kid bring us a gun that desperately needed a quality H2.
