Have any of you found shifts in zero by changing your lower from the existing lower to a new one? If so, what has been your experience? I would think that it would not affect zero much if any, however, I'm not certain.

If you put it on backwards.
Mechanically, it will not affect your zero. I've swapped upper/lower combinations between my rifles many times without effect to the mechanical zero of the barrel and optic. But, as others have said, swapping lowers may change how you actually hold the rifle and get a sight picture. Those changes may affect your perceived point of impact.
