It looks like your 6.8 really does a number on those dogs. Is that a fist-sized exit wound on that one?

The dogs are definitely big and healthy up there, where the wind comes sweeping down the plains.

Yeah we both switched after losing a few coyotes from marginal shots with .223 and 22-250.
Been extremely happy with the 6.8

Yeah that was my brother's. The coyote was half grown, only weighed 18# iirc.
110gr V-Max is what we're using. My Wilson Combat barrel puts them just at 1/2" at 100y, his ARP barrel is similar.
I'm currently working up loads with an 82gr Cutting Edge bullet and H322. Haven't had a chance to test yet tho.
