I've had one on a 10.5" pistol for the better part of 2 years with the KAK tube and I've had zero issues with it. It's lightweight, adjustable, plenty comfortable and doesn't move once its set up with a tiny bit of blue LocTite on the set screw. I like it much more than the original Sig/SB brace I had before. The footman's loops are well placed and although it feels a little janky when it's not installed I haven't managed to crack it or anything.
