    Wow thanks guys, vids and pic are great and I didnt even think about an athleate therpist, makes way more sense. Im going to apply all this shit so I dont have to walk around feelin 70 yrs old.

    There is a PT on here, Flyinghunter. He has helped me out; one shoulder surgery, and a dislocated (other) shoulder. Don't try these things without a good pre-PT exam or you can really injure yourself.

    I have knee pain in both knees and pain in my lower back from my time. It used to suck real bad. Hitting the gym and building muscle imbalances and getting in compound lifts has helped extremely. With proper calisthenics and mobility work thrown in.
