If I count right, today is day 69. April 30 is closing in quickly. A lot to get done for an administration that hasn't yet filled appointed slots.....

As I pluck the crow feathers from my teeth, my wife reminds me not to quit my day job. Having said that, now that he has won, it's time to plan the first 100 days. I hope that he starts bold given that he has both chambers of Congress. Ram through a legislative agenda. Don't give the Dems a chance to breath. Hit them with:

1) Tax reform
2) Repeal Obamacare - NEGATORY GHOSTRIDER
3) Pass a balanced budget
4) Welfare overhaul / repeal

Yes, the media will bitch and moan. But get it done quick and give himself a year for things to settle down before the midterms.

I recall saying that Trump had a snowball's chance in hell of getting elected, but if he pulled off the impossible he would forever damage the conservative movement as the only opposition to progressivism. So far, I was dead wrong on my first point, but Trump is slowly proving me right on my second. In just 2 months he has aligned himself with Ryan and declared war on House conservatives. That means that I'm batting 0.500 which is better than Trump's record, and at least as good as his dartos tunic who thought that he would be the best thing since sliced bread.

The headline on Foxnews.com labels the Republican party as a "circular firing squad". A particularly apt description. Unfortunately, Trump and his ego are creating an unrecoverable rift, slowly destroying the ONLY real hope he has for maintaining a "Republican"majority (I use the term loosely).

He needs to work some "Art of the Deal" and get everyone to sit down and hash it out and come up with Legislation if not appealing to everyone, at least passable by everyone.
Picking fights and angry Tweets aint cutting it.
