No, they do not make lowers, but at one time they did a small run. This was many years ago, and they were all sold as complete weapons built up via Noveske. Due to the length of time (roughly a decade), and the small numbers released, they are high dollar items.

The sights are both LMT.

One of my uncles took this from the former owner and it was given to me after his death. Original Mauser manufactured P-38 with 2 magazines, steel cased ammo and original holster.
