I never recieved mine after approval, so I called in and spoke with someone who referred me to someone else. Ultimately, I was emailed the PDF again, which I received. They were helpful, and it wasn't a situation they were unfamiliar with.

As others have suggested, give it a little more time and see. Had a stamp last year that was approved and took close to 40 days to show up! Probably sitting on someone's desk waiting to be mailed...

Two weeks for Form 4 stamp to be mailed stateside. 47 days does not sound right.

I recommend requesting certified copies.. They are rather quick to send those out if you're already approved 30+ day.

Still haven't received the 2 Form 4's approved October 4th and 22nd.

I asked the ATF about this a few weeks ago and they said right now it could take up to 45 days for a form to show up(they used to say 30). I had one that ended up taking around 3 months to get after it was approved. It took multiple requests for a certified copy to finally get one.

I called the NFA branch about mine and the rep seemed really surprised that it had taken 45+ days for mine to show up. She was under the impression that is should be a lot closer to 2-3 weeks. My SOT had a similar reaction. He called the ATF and requested certified copies, was told they should be here in 7-10 days, but well see....
