Ruger Mini 14 GB model info reqeust

Ok, I've got a chance at picking up a Ruger Mini 14 GB from a co worker. Gun is in great condition. Fixed stock, all original, several Ruger High caps. Blued finish.

$400.

My one question to owners of the GB model is regarding the thread pitch under the flash hider and what it is? 1/2x28 like the AR or different?

I realize this is a horrible gun for use with any of my suppressors due to back blast but thought it might be fun to toss one on every now and then. It's not a deal breaker if it won't be compatible. I've already got several AR's that I run suppressed.

Also, about what value is the gun generally? I know they run more than a Wal Mart Mini does.

A GB Mini for $400 is a steal. Jump on it. The factory hi-caps alone can go for $40-$90 a pop depending on 20 or 30rd and condition.

As for thread pitch I believe it is 1/2-28 like the AR's, but don't quote me.
