Has always been a close combat weapon. Not fighting in jungles that often. I also kept a breacher in the top of the turrent of my GMV loaded with 00 buck for repelling boarders. That was a Russian pump cut down.

The USMC just started issuing our Mission Enhancement Kits:

then the last two years in Iraq and Kuwait as a SOF Weapons Instructor and Depot Level repair where I fixed AFSOC, Army SF, MARSOC and SEAL guns do remember some M500s, Rem 870 MCS. The USAF Security Forces in Kuwait had the M500s. Just don't remember seeing any Ben M4s.
