Or as an alternative, reinvent the ATF as a government resource offering beer brewing tips, drink recipes named after politicians, (one shot Captain Morgan, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1 nut, and 1 oz tap water in a served in a glass with scratch marks on the outside topped with a sunken matchbox car would be the Teddy Kennedy special), tips at drying tobacco leaves correctly, and information on how to locate the correct position to drill the 3rd hole for an M16 auto sear.
