Confirmed on that. Tikka 6.5 creedmoor T3x in MDT HS3 chassis and magpul AICS mags will not insert far enough into action to feed. Biggest dissappointment so far with this rifle.

I just picked up magpul AC L standard mag to try on my 30-06. It's a Remington 700 clone in a McMillan A5 with Badger Ordinance bottom metal. The magazine works and feeds. It definitely requires a little fiddling around to get the latch to lock and there is alot more play when inserted than with the AI magazines.

i just dropped off a Magpul 5-rd AICS (short-action) with Seekins DBM to my gunsmith. He tested everything and said it worked fine. Easy insertion and ejection.

Regarding Tikka T3s, nor do they work in an XLR Element chassis.

Looking to grab some of those for that gun. Just comes with the one metal box mag now.

They're much easier to load than the steel mag that comes with the GSR. With the factory steel, that 10th round can be extremely difficult to get in. The Magpuls & the Ruger polymer mags load much easier.
